I then called my insurance agent, who assured me that my liability insurance would cover any rental car, in the US. I have attempted to have the $150 refunded to me, but have had a very difficult time reaching anyone who seems to be able to address the issue. Overall, I was very disappointed in the sneaky and unscrupulous practices this company employs. When I first tried to book, they allowed me to go through the whole process and then told me there were no cars available.
