We appreciate any and all sponsorships, as they are essential to the on and off-field success of our team. However, Windward has a number of guidelines we must adhere to in accepting sponsorship money.

Requirements for Sponsors:

• Windward parents cannot assist with sponsorships requests or be called in for favors relating to sponsorships. Potential sponsors cannot have parents whose children are on the team.

• Sponsor companies should not be completely detached from robotics or necessities for the team.

Requirements for Submitters:

• 11th or 12th graders are the only students allowed to submit sponsorships.

• Submissions should be reviewed by the Windward Business Department for editing and suggestions.

• Submitters should have a clear understanding of where they will put the funds should they choose to apply for a sponsorship.

Process: After having a list of potential sponsors and ensuring that you have time to write an application before their submission date you should brainstorm where you will allocate the funds you're requesting. Once you have thoroughly filled out any mandatory questions the application has, fill in any of the optional prompts and forward the application to the Windward Business Department to be reviewed (jvarney@windwardschool.org). Once they send it back to you you can submit the application.
